weee...well,apa itu squat challenge?apa kejadahnyer nk ber-squat and ber-challenge bagai? ngeeee =D
Squat challenge ni adalah satu senaman untuk tone up bahangian kaki,peha and punggung kasi up sikit...hehe..klu kita google, nampak mcm senang je kan squat ni...takat diri straight and turun ala2 nk duduk kan then bgn balik...senang kan kan? hoho...itu la apa yg sy pikir awal2 nyer..so when my fren kata dia smp nak nak nanges masa wat squatnyer challenge ni, sy pndg angkat kening hokay!! bongkak kannn? ahahahaha...

Sebenarnyer bnyk je artis2 terkenal wat squat challenge ni utk memiliki tubuh yg menawan,al-maklum la,artis kan..okay2,step squat ni mmg senang la klu ditgkkan,tp bila buat,,,fuh! mmg rasa la terbakarnyer peha2 tu..

Pastikan lutut xlebih drpd tapak kaki bile bend down

senang kan tgk?kay,me sebenarnya baru stat wat squat challenge untuk 30 hari,1st round 50 and will add +5 on daily basis ..

Kat atas tu la my squat challenge...td dh wat untuk day 1,,,perh,indah kabar dari rupa..penat hokay! 1 - 20 okay lg,masuk 21 tu toksah nk ckp la..settle je 50,pening+nk muntah pun ada gak rs..aihh,nmpk sgt aku ni dh lama x exercise kan?

hopefully me dapat la lengkapkan 30 days challenge ni,insyaallah =)

hokay2..kali ni nyer post den nk update bnyk benda..ngeee=D..sbb kan malas nk update everyday,so kumpul2 and terus update...heh..kay2..stat ngan labor day, go to friday night day out and last ngundi day =)

1.5.2013 - Labour day

Labour day?well...since sy ni golongan org2 yg bekerja,jd sy ni entitle la untuk enjoy ari cuty umum tersebut. ngeee =D... so mom plan nk g picnic ke PD...so pagi2 dah bgn+masak2_siap2 gerak ke PD around kul 9am..hehe,xla awal mana pun...hoho...g ngan aunty juger,tp my aunty smp awal giler kot...aihhh...we sampai around kul 10lebeyh la jugak n guess wat? hujan hokay! ahahahahahaha...kejap je,then okay dah..as usual, me lepak2 je+dgr ipod+makan2...no mandi sbb malas nk tukar baju kt tandas awam...then suddenly ada geng2 motosikal datang and parking atas pedestrian di gazibo yg kami tgh duk lepak berpicnic ...perh! angin angin angin xyah ckp la...we all makan asap motor dorunk hokay...dah sound dorunk wat dek je..hello! aihh...conclusionnyer mmg choi la! xtahu kenapa PD masa tu mmg dibanjiri org2 bwk motor...aihh,mulut ni xputus2 wat dosa time tu sbb geramnyer pasal...and..aihhh,malas dh nk citer...meh tgk gmbr..

3.5.2013 - TGIF

Thank god is friday night cause i just...got paid! ehemm...ahaha,petikan lagu dr kumpulan NSYNC...ingat ingat?wee...okay2..last friday, me kuar tgk wyg with my bestie..nida n paan =) ... we'll tgk citer ironman3 hokay! weeeee...best+hillarious hokay ^.^ p/s:me x pernah tgk ironman1&2, so yeah,mmg blur sikit time tgk ironman3... afta wyg we went for supper at pakli's ..nyummm! me n nida mkn chicken chop while en.farhan makan nasi ayam lemon. Lepas tu we go for a karok at hotel quality...giler lama x g karok there!habis smua lagu kami karok...dari lagu new boys(ehemmm nida),rock kapak n lagu2 duet...n plg best dpt dgr suara siti+ziana zain versi garau kaw! (ehem farhan)...ahaha...overall mmg fun sbb for a second, i can forget all my problems and life for a while *phew*. jom gmbr lagi..

5.5.2013 - General election ke 13 

wee...my first time ever vote! wehoo..alhamdullilah,beratur cuma 10min je sbb laluan no.4 sgt la pendek...ni pun sbb kami g bekpes lu,lepak2 minum dulu..ngeeee =D . the voting procedure is simple actually...

first : cek kat kaunter pengundi cek saluran berapa..

second: dpt je saluran, g cari sendiri tmpt saluran tersebut

third: beratur ! ahaha... sabar separuh drpd iman..

forth: sampai giliran, enter the voting room, bg IC for checking..and the SPR people will read loudly to the pemerhati (which terdiri drpd PAS n BN) and we are asking to show the finger to avoid any repeating voters 

fifth : then, jari telunjuk kiri dicalitkan dgn dakwat biru,after that diberikan kertas untuk pangkah

sixth: g kat meja yg d sediakan, pangkah and letak dlm box yg di sediakan 

easy right?wee...neway, now tgh tunggu keputusan voting! tick tock tick tock...

meh tgk gmbr lg...weeee =)

UPDATE:

BN wins with easy wins of 133 parlimen over 222 total. A lil 15 behind for majority. its okay..hope for a #betternation insyaallah =)
